Biographie

After being sworn in in 2012, he cut his teeth at a large Anglo-Saxon firm, where he acquired cutting-edge expertise in supporting listed companies. He then faced more transversal problems by joining a human-sized business firm, thus forging a solid experience in the world of entrepreneurship, litigation and business criminal law.

Finally, he worked for several years as an individual, before co-founding the business firm BONNIER SAINT-FELIX, within which he now works closely with entrepreneurs and investors from all walks of life.

He mainly works in the areas of advice to innovative companies, particularly in growth transactions (fundraising, acquisitions/sales, structuring of company groups, etc.), as well as in litigation (civil and commercial) and criminal business law.

Pugnacious and daring, he passionately defends the interests of those who trust him, both in advice and in litigation. A committed lawyer, he is also former president and director of JURIS SECOURS, an association of the Paris Bar Association, which has been campaigning for more than 20 years for access to the law for the most disadvantaged.
